How to join the practice
Hi, I'm Guy
I'm your guide on this journey with breath and movement
I recently arrived in Portugal and live in Caparica, my new home, after living 17 years in the Pacific and having been raised in France, Germany, Morocco, Italy and India.
I had the chance to be initiated or deeply trained in different practices and arts at the core of which you will always find those two fundamental elements: Breath and Movement
For more than six years now, my goal has been to empower participants in the Respire.world Experience to access profound joy with simple, safe, and free tools and techniques.
I believe that when we change our relation to our breath and movement, we change our relation with ourselves. I believe that if we change our relation to ourselves, it allows us to step up in the world and be at service. It leads us in having better relations with others, and with Mother Earth.
I'm also the founder of an IT company and still operate in this field.
I participated for the last six years in a regenerative agricultural experience around a coffee plantation in New Caledonia, where we produced one of the best coffee in the world.

It really was electric
Hi everyone, thanks again for this weekend. It clearly was a transformative experience on my side - I leave with more questions than answers, but I’m really happy all this journey led to open some doors for me to uncover.
I hope we’ll all get to see each other again. I hope you’ll all explore the connection you’ve created - with yourself and with each other. I’m quite excited to go down this path 🥰
Thanks again SO much, to Guy & Nico for their love and energy, thanks to all of you that took time to share with me - some very intimately.
I already said it, but thanks to all the men that shared vulnerably. Relationships with men always have been a struggle for me, as ego or jealousy was often thrown at me and distanced authentic relationships from vulnerability. I know our society has shaped us to be strong men, doers, providers, but not so emotional ones. And I know how much of a challenge it can be sometimes to go against this and try to reconnect to our feelings and vulnerability. It has been a challenge for me, but I’m SO grateful to have discovered men brave enough to let go of their masks and talk, share, cry, scream. This has given me much hope and strength.
But most of all, thanks for all your energy it really was electric… everyone had such a wonderful heart.

The Taste of Being Alive
I was far from imagining the impact of what happened, far beyond just a simple workshop where I would learn breathing techniques and conditioning to dive into icy water 😉 Yes, I dove, but into the depths of myself, beyond my fears and limits. Immersed in the heart of a human and brotherly adventure, I rediscovered the desire, the taste of being alive... I came with the intention of finding inner peace, and I leave with a new strength, serenity, and filled with the caring connections I made with all of you. Of course, I haven’t finished dealing with my shadows yet, but today, I am enriched by the looks I’ll hold onto in difficult moments, by the physical connections that helped me release old tensions and wounds, by our authentic exchanges, and the trust I’ve regained. I want to express once more my deepest gratitude to Guy and Nicolas 🙏🙏

Inner Peace
Thank you again for this incredibly rich weekend with you and the group. The energy was amazing! [...] I was truly in a state of pure bliss... it wasn’t euphoria or anything like that, but I believe the breathing exercises from Saturday and Sunday helped me reach that place. My breathing was, by far, surprisingly calm, which was extraordinary for me, especially in such an uncomfortable moment for both body and mind. I’ve rarely experienced such a profound state of inner peace, and it left a deep impression on me. In short, I loved the state I was able to reach during this experience.

Deep Need
This experience fulfilled a deep need I had been feeling for quite some time. My friends, Marion, Rachel, and Cécile, had been telling me about it for a while. [...] Doors opened within my body, soul, and mind. It’s a holistic approach that aligns with my aspirations. I am, among other things, a specialized teacher, and I know that all learning is better absorbed through the body.
[...]
At every moment, I felt safe, respected, accepted, and seen. Thank you for sharing this radiant bouquet of qualities with us.

Immense Gratitude
An exploration of Being... of who we each are. A body, of course, but also so much more, with moments where the mind and body seem disconnected, yet both remain ever-present. [...] I feel immense gratitude for this body and everything it allows us to experience in the tangible world.
